The event titled "Fine Craftsmanship, Great Impact: Women's Employment in Surgical Instrument Production," organized by the Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) Science Communication Office (BIO) in cooperation with and support from the Samsun Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services as part of the Year of the Family, highlighted the critical role of women's labor in the health technologies sector. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yaşar Barut, a faculty member in the Department of Child Development at the Faculty of Health Sciences, was the speaker at the event. Assoc.
